Meet Lenard, 麻豆原创鈥檚 Senior Director of Operations and Expansion!

With over a decade of experience in Operations Management, Lenard has dedicated his career to Process Development, Continuous Improvement, and, most importantly, Developing Teams and Individuals. His leadership philosophy is rooted in a personal mantra:

Lenard thrives on creating meaningful impact鈥攚hether by optimizing processes, driving innovation, or empowering others to reach their full potential. As the Senior Director of Operations and Expansion for 麻豆原创, he is committed to advancing the organization’s vision and fostering sustainable growth.

Originally from Louisiana, Lenard earned a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Business Management with a specialization in Supply Chain Management from Southern University and A&M College. He later expanded his expertise by obtaining both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS) from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. This powerful combination of business acumen and technological insight enables him to drive operational excellence in an evolving digital landscape.

Outside of 麻豆原创, Lenard is deeply passionate about community development and advocacy. He also enjoys traveling鈥攅specially to tropical destinations鈥攕pending quality time with family and friends, and capturing the world鈥檚 beauty through landscape photography.
